Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all individual and group makeup services provided by Maddison Whykes Make Up (ABN: 19 854 950 170) Upon securing a booking with Maddison, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Maddison Whykes reserves the right to alter these Terms at any time without notice. Maddison Whykes reserves to cancel booked appointments for any reason, at any time/ If this occurs, a full refund of the deposit will be issued.

Tentative date holds
A tentative hold is not a secure booking. Wedding dates are only secured once a deposit has been received. If another client requests the same date, you will have 24 hours to pay the deposit before the date is released.
Deposits and Payments
A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to secure all wedding bookings. This deposit is deducted from the final balance. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. If the deposit is not paid by the due date, the date may become available for others to claim. The remaining balance must be paid within one week to the wedding date.
Cancellations
All deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including unforeseen events or changes in personal circumstances.
Cancellations made more than four weeks prior to the wedding date will not incur additional fees, however the deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellations made within four weeks of the wedding date will be charged 50% of the total booking amount.
Cancellations made within seven days of the wedding date will be charged the full booking amount.
Changes to bookings
Once a wedding date is secured with a deposit, changes to any detail of the booking may incur additional charges. Such changes include (but are not limited to) a change of location, a change of start time, and the addition of any services.
If the size of the booking decreases after the deposit is paid, the client/s will be charged the full amount of the quote agreed upon at the time of booking. Services may be added to the booking; however, services may not be removed from the booking.
Travel, early start fees, parking/tolls and accommodation
A travel fee of $1.50 per kilometres applies to all wedding bookings, calculated to and from
the location.
An early start fee of $100 per hour applies for any appointment requiring a start time before 7:00am.
Parking/tolls and accommodation charged at cost if applicable.
Event and trial makeups
Deposits and Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. This deposit is deducted from the final balance. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. If the deposit is not paid by the due date, the time slot may be released. The remaining balance must be paid no later than the day of
the booking.
Cancellations
All deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the booking will not incur additional fees, and may be credited to a future booking.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the booking will not incur additional fees but will not be eligible to credit their deposit to a future appointment.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking will be charged the full booking amount.
No shows and late arrivals
If a client does not attend their appointment, their deposit will be forfeited and the full service amount may still be charged. If a client arrives late, the appointment will continue with the remaining time available. If more than 15 minutes late, I reserve the right to cancel the appointment and treat it as a
no-show.
ALL APPOINTMENTS
Makeup removal
Clients must arrive with a clean, makeup-free face. A $5 removal fee may apply if makeup removal is required, and appointment time may be shortened as a result.
Hygiene, health and allergies
Clients must advise of any allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions at the time of booking. While all products are chosen with care, I cannot be held responsible for any reactions. If contagious conditions such as cold sores, eye infections, or flu-like symptoms are present, I reserve the right to refuse service and charge the full balance of the booking.
Photography and social media
With your consent, photos and videos of the finished makeup may be taken and used for my portfolio, website, and social media platforms.
